Return Policy
Because of the nature of our products our return policy
is very strict. Returns are allowed if an item is damaged upon
receipt or is incorrect, through our fault. We will not accept
for return any item that has been worn or washed. We strongly
advise you to inspect the garment upon arrival to insure that it is
not damaged and that it is the correct size and color you ordered.
If you do need to return the item we require that you
request a Return Authorization number. We will only accept request
for returns within 7 days of receipt of item. Contact us here
to request a Return Authorization number. The item must be in
its original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all tags
and labels intact.
Upon return we will exchange the item for the correct
item or, in the event of a damaged garment, send another of the same
style. No Cash Refunds. You will be responsible for return
shipping charges however we will pay for the shipping of the new item.
If an order is cancelled, prior to shipping, more than
one (1) business day after the original order is placed that order
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that has inaccurate
or omitted information after we have made an attempt, in good faith,
to obtain or correct the information.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part or if
you receive a defective item you will receive a 10% discount on your
next order to help offset any shipping cost you may have incurred.
