How can I be sure I'm ordering the right size ?
We have included a Size
Chart with several tips to help you make the best determination
possible. We looked for a long time until we found a manufacturer
that offered quality plus size products with consistent sizing and
Shirley's of Hollywood is one of the best. Guys, if you are
ordering for her (You) sneak a look at the labels in her clothes.
If you are not quite sure you have it just right the best advice
is to stay away from very form fitting styles and lean more towards
items which have a looser cut.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds ?
Because of the nature of our products
we do have a restrictive return policy which you can read here.
How will my order be shipped ?
Our standard shipping methods are: USPS
Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (at our discretion).
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with an address label
from our parent company J. Kelly Enterprises.
How long will it take for my order to get to me ?
It usually takes 5-7 business days to
process the order and then most orders have a transit time of 3-4
days although UPS Ground can take as long as 6 days and does not
deliver on weekends. We ask that you allow 15 business days
for arrival of goods unless there is a backordered item in which
case we will contact you by either phone or e-mail.
Will I get a receipt when I order ?
Yes. When your order has been accepted
for processing you will receive an e-mail confirmation/receipt of
your purchase sent to the e-mail address you provide.
How will the credit card charge appear on my statement ?
Your credit card will be billed with our
parent company's name, J. Kelly Enterprises. It may be a good
idea to make note of this so you know the name when it appears on
your statement.
Do you charge Sales Tax ?
We are required to charge Sales Tax for
any item purchased by a resident of North Carolina. Currently
the rate is 7% on the total order total (including shipping) which
is displayed on the final confirmation page of your online order.
Is your site secure ?
Yes. During your visit with us you
will be in an unsecured (regular) mode while browsing and putting
items into your cart. Upon going to check out you will be
redirected to our secure server which uses the latest SSL encryption
technology where you will enter your personal information and credit
card information. Your card will then be processed on a secure
connection to our card processing bank.
Can I order with a check or money order ?
Yes. Once you have the items in
your cart that you want to purchase proceed to the check out area
of our store. Fill out the form there with the exception of
your credit card information and print that page (Do not click the
submit order button). Then mail that page to :

You may also fax your order to us by filling in your credit
card information on the form and sending it to us at 1-877-806-5923.
**please note that faxing credit card information is not a very
secure method and is not recommended.**
Orders paid by money order will be processed immediately.
Orders paid by check must wait until the check has cleared and
will be processed the following business day.
